Postage & packaging
We hope you will love your For the Love of Mum package! We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 3-5 working days for it to reach you after dispatch. All deliveries will be charged at £3.95, unless stated otherwise.
All European Union orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard delivery. Please allow 4-5 working days for it to reach you after dispatch. All European Union deliveries will be charged at £11.95, unless stated otherwise.
REST OF THE WORLD
All Rest of the World orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard delivery. Please allow 6-10 working days for it to reach you after dispatch. All Rest of the World deliveries will be charged at £14.95, unless stated otherwise.
Please note that For the Love of Mum does not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
Acceptance of orders & disclaimer
Acceptance of orders
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
We must receive payment of the full total price before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a contract. Non-acceptance of an order or cancellation of a contract may, for example, result from one of the following:
* the product ordered being temporarily or permanently out of stock
* our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
* the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. If we do refuse an order or cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit/credit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
For the Love of Mum endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are as accurate as possible and aim to show you the style, colours and sizes of the products, as best we can. As some of the products are hand made there may be slight variations.
Returns & refunds
We hope you will love your For the Love of Mum order! However, if you chose to return your delivery, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your package. We will then email you with return details.
Following this email, please return items within 7 days in their original condition and packaging, in a secure parcel and with proof of purchase.
We can only replace or refund items once they are returned to us and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items whilst in transit.
For the Love of Mum understand that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used and shared online, and it’s important to us too. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits this website (www.fortheloveofmum.com) and will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here.

What information does For the Love of Mum collect?
We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

How long do we keep your data?
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We share your personal information with third parties only relevant to help us use your personal information, as described above. For example, we use WooCommerce to power our online store. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the site.
We use a third party application on our website, to generate mailing lists and social media links.
Finally, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Storing your personal data
In operating our business via For the Love of Mum website, your data is processed by our staff in the UK. We do not provide our own IT servers. However third party shall have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
Obviously we do our utmost to ensure that our server hosts are secure and fully accredited. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any illegal breaches that may occur.
Storage of payment details
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

On occasion we include links to third parties. Where we provide a link it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s notice towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy notice before sending them any personal data.

Your rights – How you can opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us
To modify your e-mail newsletter subscription, please click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our newsletter.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, please email us and we will delete it for you. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted.
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us directly and we will investigate the matter.
